Alda has served as General Counsel to Founders Fund since 2006. Her legal career began at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati LLP, where she practiced as a litigator specializing in intellectual property disputes. Thereafter, she served as Assistant General Counsel of Clarium Capital Management.

Before taking up the practice of law, Alda was a financial professional at The Walt Disney Company. Alda holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Political Science with honors from Stanford University and a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles.
